Contact Us

All orders, quotes, and support run through Telegram. Message us and we will reply as soon as we can.

Before you message

What to include.

You will get a faster, more accurate answer if your first message covers the points below. Short messages are fine; vague ones get follow-up questions.

  • What you want: country, quantity, age tier, and format (Session + JSON or TData).
  • What it is for: a one-line description of your use case helps us flag format mismatches early.
  • Timing: if you need accounts by a certain date, say so up front.

A note on impersonators

Our only contact channel is the Telegram link on this site. We will never contact you first from a different username, and we only accept USDT to wallet addresses provided in the conversation you started. If someone reaches out claiming to be us from another account, treat it as a scam.

Support scope

We answer questions about availability, pricing, formats, delivery, and the terms of sale. After-sales support is available within 24 hours of your files being sent, as a claim and verification window. We do not provide tutorials on automation tooling, proxy setup, or account warm-up strategy; those are outside what we sell.

What to expect

What happens after you message.

If your message includes the four details above, the reply is usually a straight confirmation: yes, that combination is in stock, at this per-account price, for this total. If something is out of stock, we will say so and suggest the closest alternative rather than silently substituting.

From there the conversation follows the standard five steps: confirmation, USDT payment to the wallet address we provide, processing and verification of each account, delivery of the files, and the 24-hour claim window. The whole flow is described on the how it works page if you want the detail before messaging.

One request: do not send payment before we confirm. Orders only enter processing after both sides agree on the details and the payment confirms. Unsolicited transfers slow everything down because they have to be matched to an order that does not exist yet.
